Africa is the second largest continent of the seven continents. It includes 53 individual countries. It is home to Africa’s 900 million people belong to 3,050 ethnic groups and speak more than 1,000 languages. Today many African countries are facing famine, drought, AIDS and other natural calamities. Tribal wars have killed millions of people in Rwanda.

Most African nations suffer from military dictatorships, corruption, civil unrest, war, and deep poverty. Hindrances to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Africa include Animism, witchcraft, fetishism, ancestor worship and idolatry.

Nations for Jesus is privileged to work with the African church in church planting, leadership development, literature distribution and compassion projects.
